If you live in Bergen County and want to advertise
your yard, garage, moving or estate sale, you may use our FREE service.
The only requirements are that proper language is used on all sales
posted
(this site is family friendly)
and that items
advertised for sale are being sold at the mentioned sale location. This
service is not to be used to promote a business, website or any other
entity used for the purposes of retail or wholesale selling. Estate sales
may only be posted when they are within Bergen County and with the
consent of the of the homeowner.
All sales posted are
limited to a maximum of 1500 characters. If the Town, Address and Date(s)
are not listed on the sale post, it will be removed from this site. You may
publish your sale anytime in advance of the sale date.
Homeowners are
responsible for obtaining any local permits required to run your sale.
The BergenCountyMall.com shall not be responsible for the
validity of the sales posted,
sale dates or locations.
The homeowner
posting a sale on this site is responsible for the accuracy of the
information posted. Sales that are expired will be purged from the site
periodically.
